Every package is insured from our door to yours for added peace of mind.

Exchange Policy

If you’d like to exchange an item, unworn merchandise may be returned within 15 days of the shipment date for store credit.

  • Items must be unworn and in original condition
  • Store credit will be issued for the item price (excluding shipping upgrades)
  • Credit may be applied to any other item within 15 days
  • Sale items are final sale and cannot be exchanged

Return Policy

Unworn merchandise may be returned for a full refund of the merchandise price within 15 days of the shipment date.

  • Items must be unworn and in original condition
  • A return authorization number is required
  • Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned

To request a return authorization number and return shipping address, please reply to your original order email or call us at (209) 787-0346, Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM Pacific Time.

Defective Product Policy

If you receive an item with a manufacturer defect, you may return it within 90 days of the shipment date for a full refund or request an exchange for the same item.

  • Returns due to normal wear and tear are not accepted
  • A photo of the damaged item is required
  • We reserve the right to decline returns if improper use is suspected
  • Sale items may not be available for exchange

Please contact us using your original order email or by phone to obtain return authorization.

Missing Packages

While most packages arrive on time, delays or missing deliveries can occasionally occur.

  • If shipped without tracking, we may request up to 10 additional business days to confirm delivery
  • If shipped with tracking, we may request up to 7 additional days while the carrier investigates

We also recommend checking with neighbors or household members before contacting us.

Non-Validated Addresses

If we are unable to validate your shipping address, we will contact you for correction. If you request shipment to a non-validated address, ItalianCharms cannot be held responsible for orders that fail to arrive.

Occasionally, inventory availability may change before our website can be updated. If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will contact you promptly by email to offer an alternative solution.
