We want you to feel confident shopping with Italian Charms. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
Return Eligibility
Items may be returned for a refund within 15 days of delivery, including for general returns such as buyer’s remorse, provided the item is returned in new, unused condition and in its original packaging when possible.
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items that have been worn, damaged, or altered after delivery
- Custom or personalized items unless they arrive damaged or defective
- Items returned more than 15 days after delivery
How to Request a Return
To request a return, please contact us with your order number and the item you would like to return. Return requests must be submitted within 15 days of delivery. Once your return is approved, we will provide return instructions.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or we sent the wrong item.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We will work with you to make it right and, when applicable, provide a replacement, refund, or return shipping assistance.
Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5 to 10 business days after approval for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
Shipping Charges
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or the item arrived damaged or defective.
Exchanges
At this time, exchanges are not guaranteed. If you would like a different item, the fastest option is to return the original item, if eligible, and place a new order.
