Where is my order?

First, please make sure that you ordered from ItalianCharms.com.

  • Many websites exist with similar names, but they are not operated by us.
  • Our order numbers start with 5**** (five numbers, no letters). Any other format was not ordered from us.
  • We only ship within the United States. If you ordered from another country, it was not ItalianCharms.com.

Looking for a past order? Orders placed on our previous website are securely archived and won’t appear in your customer account on this site. Please check your original order confirmation email for details, or contact us and we’ll be happy to help retrieve your past order information.

How long will my order take to arrive?

We will process your order within 2–3 business days after your order is received. Please allow an additional 2–3 business days for custom items.

  • Free Shipping for orders above $5.00 (before tax) — USPS First Class (please allow 7–10 business days)
  • Economy Shipping $2.49 — USPS First Class (please allow 7–10 business days)
  • Flat Rate Shipping $8.50 — USPS Priority Mail (please allow 3–5 business days)

Where is my tracking number?

Only Flat Rate Shipping (USPS Priority Mail) offers tracking. All other shipping options do not offer tracking. If you choose Priority Mail, your tracking number will be emailed to you when it ships.
