At ItalianCharms, we want to make your shopping experience easy and
comfortable, so we have taken measures to guarantee that your order will
be secure and safe. We want you to enjoy your Italian charm bracelets

WE CARE
We use the latest in SSL (Secure Socket Layer) to ensure your credit card information stays safe, as well as maintain the utmost respect for your personal information. We will not voluntarily sell your personal information to any third party. Each package is insured from our door to yours.
EXCHANGE POLICY
If you prefer, you may return your unworn purchase within 15 days of the
shipment date and exchange for another item. We will issue you a credit
authorization code for the price of the item (minus any shipping
upgrades you may have purchase). You may apply this credit to the
purchase of any other selection of your choice from ItalianCharms within
15 days. Sale items cannot be exchanged or returned.
RETURN POLICY
You may return your unworn merchandise for a full refund of the merchandise price within 15 days from the shipment date. The item must be in its original condition and unworn. Please reply to your original order email or call us at (209) 787-0346 (from 10AM to 5PM Pacific time), to obtain a return authorization number and return shipping address. Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCT RETURN POLICY
You may return manufacturer defective item(s) for a full refund of the merchandise price within 90 days from the shipment date or you may request an exchange for the same item. The item may not be returned due to regular wear and tear. We will require a photo of the damaged item(s) and we reserve the right to decline a return or exchange if it appears that the item was improperly used. Please reply to your original order email or call us at (209) 787-0346 (from 10AM to 5PM Pacific time), to obtain a return authorization number and return shipping address. Sale items may not be available for an exchange.
MISSING ORDER
While the vast majority of packages arrive as expected, sometimes they can go missing. In the event of a packaging having not arrived within the shipping schedule listed in the Delivery page, we reserve the right to take the following steps to resolve the issue. If the package is shipped without tracking, we may ask an additional 10 business days to make sure the package is not late in delivery. If the package has tracking, we may ask you wait an additional 7 days for an investigation from the carrier. As always, we ask that you check with neighbors before contacting us.
NON-VALIDATED ADDRESS
If we attempt to validate your shipping address and cannot, we will contact you for correction. If you direct us to ship to the non-validated address, we will not be responsible if your order fails to arrive.
SECONDARY SHIPPING
ItalianCharms will not be held responsible for packages shipped outside of the country using a delivery service. Shipments are limited to the original shipping address submitted with the order.

We will make every effort to fulfill your order, but if we cannot, we will promptly contact you via email to offer you an alternative product.

American Express). Sorry we do not accept personal checks or money
orders. We retain the right to cancel orders that appear fraudulent or
suspect. We report all fraudulent transactions to the proper
authorities.
